1. Delivery of Service
Digital Delivery: Fabfit is a cloud-based software delivered entirely online. Upon successful subscription and payment, you will receive access to the software via your registered email address. There is no physical product to be shipped.
Access to the platform: Once your payment is processed,you will get access to the purchased course through our platform.
Account Activation: Your Fabfit account will be activated immediately after your subscription is confirmed. You will have full access to all features based on your selected subscription plan.
2. Payment Processing and Delivery Timeline
Immediate Access: For most subscription plans, access to Fabfit is granted immediately upon successful payment. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk email folders or contact our customer support team.
Delayed Access: In rare cases where payment verification may take longer, you will receive access as soon as the payment is confirmed. Our support team will be available to assist with any issues that arise during this process.
3. Technical Support and Assistance

4. No Physical Shipping
As Fabfit is a digital product, there is no physical shipping involved. All necessary information and access will be provided electronically. Please disregard any references to shipping costs or delivery times, as they do not apply to our service.
Refund Policy
Our Courses listed on the website is valid for a certain definite period. The validity period is mentioned in the course description and once you are enrolled it is also mentioned on the course dashboard.
ONE-TIME PURCHASE COURSES:
In case of a one time purchase course option the validity of the course will expire after a certain period which is explicitly mentioned on the course description page and also mentioned on the dashboard after the course is purchased. If the Course is not completed within the stipulated time, the user will have to repurchase the program in order to complete it. There will be no refund of the amount after the initial purchase is done.
SUBSCRIPTION BASED PROGRAMS:
The courses which are in subscription model will be billed periodically (monthly/weekly/yearly) which is explicitly mentioned on the course page. The access to the course will be opened only on paying the subscription fee. The user has the option to stop the subscription at any time manually from his/her end. The amount already received by us as subscription fee will not be refunded. The user will be allowed to use the course for the fee paid and the account will lapse after completion of the course period or completion of the course.
